Maintenance Tech We are currently seeking a mechanically inclined Maintenance Tech for a direct hire opportunity in Strasburg, Ohio. We're looking for a motivated individual who is eager to join a company known as one of the world's largest contract manufacturers and packagers of wet wipes, dryer sheets, liquids, die cut pads, and bulk blended products. In this role, you will work closely with a dynamic team to maintain and repair all production equipment, ensuring smooth operation across the facility. Hours:

2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm

Pay:

$18.00-$20.00/hr based on experience Key Responsibilities

• Repair all production equipment and equipment throughout the facility
• Execute line and equipment changeovers
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues during production
• Promote teamwork by discussing issues, brainstorming solutions, and learning from others
• Assist with other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent time management skills

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic electrical knowledge
