Job Description
Perform numerous and varied duties which include packaging materials, filling 5 and 55 gal containers, drums, pails; palletizing; securing skids for transport. Required to visually inspect articles for proper specifications (code dates, quality of boxes) and notify the Supervisor when those specifications are not met May be required to package materials, attach label, or carton and identification of package or container. Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly. May be assigned other duties when necessary. Ability to read and change tank readings on compounding board. Ability to keep records of skid counts for forklift driver. Exposure to finished goods materials (flammable and non-flammable). Requires personal protective equipment (i.e., flame resistant uniform, safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, aprons, and face shield). The ability to see, read, distinguish letters and/or symbols Ability to follow directions Ability to perform job duties in accordance with established safety rules. Candidates must be able to work daily and weekend overtime as needed
