Job Description
We are seeking a Full Time Maintenance Tech at Pebble Creek, an apartment complex located in Twinsburg. Experience in vacant apartment prep, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry wanted. Interested individuals need to have a valid DL, reliable transportation and own hand tools. M-F daylight hours with rotating on-call responsibilities. Must be able to pass background check. Great benefits 1st of the month after 60 days! If you are a handy jack-of all trades apply today!
