Qualifications7+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.5+ years of experience maintaining metal stamping presses required.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
Electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment.
Experience with PLCs or logic controllers is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently while contributing as part of a maintenance team.

Full-Time Inova Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong background maintaining and repairing metal stamping presses in a manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone with extensive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who enjoys keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently.
