Partner with the best This is a position in the Facilities Maintenance organization with responsibility for ensuring that the facilities infrastructure and building operations equipment continue to operate in a safe and effective manner while moving towards the goal of "no unplanned downtime" of the Reuter Stokes facility. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: Responsible for maintaining/troubleshooting and solving technical issues and opportunities pertaining facilities operations. Responsible for monitoring the condition of the buildings utility systems and the general operation of facilities equipment. Assist senior technicians with their projects and day-to-day responsibilities. Perform general labor throughout the facility. Responsible for performing preventive maintenance tasks. Recommend spare parts to keep on-hand, that if not available could potentially impact our customers' ability in meeting their commitments. Be willing to participate in any aspect / component of facilities maintenance. Assist in the monitoring of services provided by outside contractors ensuring EHS policies are followed. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will need to have: High school diploma. 1-year experience in facilities preventative maintenance ideally in electrical, HVAC, construction and/or plumbing. Possess a mechanical aptitude in and out of work Have commercial/industrial building maintenance experience, preferred. Ability to effectively work with a variety of teams within the facility as well as independently. Off shift periodically, be on call roughly 1 week/month. Also willing to work overtime, as needed.
