Vector's partner is hiring a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for their steel pickling & slitting operation. This is a nightshift role built for high-skill troubleshooters who want fewer interruptions, and the kind of overtime structure that pushes earnings into six-figure territory.

Shift:

6:00pm-6:00am, 24/7 bi-weekly rotation

•Training is completed on day shift before moving to nights

Salary:

Up to $80k the first year, depending on experience (with a $5k sign-on bonus). This includes base salary plus overtime and quarterly incentives. Increased earnings potential as you gain experience and skills. Qualifications:

2+ years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or heavy mechanical experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, conveyors, or gearboxes Welding/fabrication experience preferred PLC experience is a plus Comfortable with computers, meters, and measurement tools Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
