Job description The Installer / Technician plays a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of radon mitigation systems for homeowners, real estate, and commercial properties. Working in both indoor and outdoor settings, this position involves a combination of independent tasks and team collaboration. The role requires occasional local travel and emphasizes strong customer service and safety adherence. Responsibilities Be a dependable and reliable member of the team; arriving on time, complete assigned work, and follow through on all responsibilities Install electrical systems and PVC venting equipment Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site Perform routine maintenance and system testing Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients Document all installation and service activities accurately Manage inventory of tools and equipment Ensure adherence to safety procedures during all tasks Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in installation and technical support High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License (Must have) Radon Mitigation License (Training available) Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical aptitude Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Effective customer communication skills Familiarity with safety procedures and use of hand and power tools Good time management abilities
