Job Description
Maintenance Technician
•1st Shift We're currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Twinsburg, OH. This role is critical to keeping our operations running efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with automotive or heavy equipment repair, strong diagnostic skills, and a dependable work ethic suited for an early-start, high-demand environment.
Hours & CompensationShift:
1st Shift
•5:00 AM to 3:00
PMSchedule:
Monday-Friday with Saturday mornings as needed (5:00 AM
•10:00 AM)
Pay:
$26
•32/hour (based on experience)Full-Time | Significant overtime opportunities available
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair LPG forklifts and heavy equipment diesel enginesPerform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and mobile equipmentInspect, repair, and maintain mechanical systems including conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and bearingsPerform basic welding and fabrication as needed (MIG/Stick preferred)Install and align equipment using blueprints and technical drawingsMaintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and parts inventoryWork closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtimeFollow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Diesel Mechanic, or Heavy Equipment MechanicExperience working on LPG forklifts and diesel engines requiredStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsBasic welding and fabrication experienceAbility to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawingsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying industrial conditions
