• Maintenance Technician for tenants
• Ensure homes are ready for move in/move out
• Inspect and maintain property
• Plans, coordinates, and supervises all maintenance work
• Makes cost estimates of jobs in terms of time and materials
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Develops and recommends policies and procedures for assigned area
• Performs periodic inspections of systems to determine need for maintenance, repair, or replacement What do you have to have?
• Must have at least 2 years' experience in property maintenance
• Registered Driver's License - must be able to drive to properties
• Must be able to lift heavy materials
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• HVAC, Plumbing, and Maintenance Certifications are a plus (more pay)

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
