Industrial Maintenance Technicians

  • Climate Controlled Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment, predominantly focusing on electrical troubleshooting.
You will work with 480V systems, including large 700+ horsepower motors and Allen Bradley PLC controls. Our machinery is integrated with HMIs, offering access to the PLC for straightforward troubleshooting. The role is primarily reactive, with 80% of the tasks being reactive maintenance. You will receive CMMS work orders for these needs, and the maintenance lead will help split the workload, making communication a critical aspect of the job. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as 18 twin screw extruder lines, pneumatics and hydraulics, hydraulic presses, molding machines, plastic processing equipment, hoppers, a Yaskawa robot, push/pull conveyor lines, thermocouples, safety relays, load cells, and plastic heaters. Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair tasks. Work with Allen Bradley PLC controls and integrated HMIs for equipment management. Execute reactive maintenance based on CMMS work orders. Communicate effectively with the maintenance lead and team to manage work distribution. Essential Skills Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and schematic reading. Knowledge of gearbox repair and maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in welding and fabrication, including stick, MIG, and/or TIG. Experience in pipefitting. Skills in motor alignment and calibration. Why Work Here?
