Job Description
Perfection Finishers, Inc. is looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment and facility running reliably. This is an as-needed position with the potential for additional hours as our needs grow. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid systems Work on vacuum metalizing equipment, paint systems, pumps, compressors, ovens, and related equipment Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Identify problems and determine the best way to repair them Assist with facility and building maintenance as needed Fabrication and welding experience is a plus What We're Looking For Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with electrical components and controls Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, or fluid systems Ability to diagnose problems and make repairs independently Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical diagrams Metal fabrication/welding experience is a plus Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
