Job Overview Seacrest Recovery Center in Willard, Ohio is looking for a dependable, hands-on General Maintenance Technician to assist with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our facility. This position is responsible for general repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and helping ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well maintained. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform general building maintenance and repairs Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical repairs Perform basic plumbing repairs Complete minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repair work Perform routine preventative maintenance Identify maintenance or safety issues and address or report them promptly Assist with equipment, furniture, and facility-related repairs as needed Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance areas Coordinate with outside contractors or vendors when repairs require specialized services Respond to maintenance needs throughout the facility Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Perform other general maintenance duties as needed Qualifications Previous general maintenance, facilities, handyman, construction, or related experience preferred Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repairs Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs Dependable and able to communicate effectively with staff Ability to safely use common hand and power tools Compensation $20-$22 per hour, commensurate with experience Job Type Full-time Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off
