Duties will include but are not limited to; maintenance of offices, docks/warehouse, mechanic shops, fuel islands and other related stations. Company service vehicle and large tools/equipment (ladders, welder, air compressor, etc.) provided. Extensive traveling (9 days on, 5 days off) required. Minimum Qualifications

MUST HAVE

a minimum of 2 years of hands-on welding experience. Welding experience is a non-negotiable requirement for this position. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in multiple skilled trades, including welding, electrical (including 3-phase), plumbing, and carpentry. Ability to perform maintenance and repairs involving overhead doors, dock plates, lighting, electrical systems, light concrete work, plumbing fixtures and lines, drywall, painting, and metal siding. Must be willing and able to travel extensively, including 9 days on the road followed by 5 days off. Must provide and maintain your own basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.). Must have a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no driving restrictions. Ability to work independently, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and safely perform repairs in a variety of environments.
