Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine building system checks and assist with preventative maintenance activities Complete minor repairs across facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and general upkeep Assist with maintenance and operation of machine shop equipment, including setup and preventative maintenance Help design, fabricate, and repair production tooling and machining fixtures Coordinate with external vendors to maintain building systems and required certifications (fire systems, sprinkler systems, etc.) Maintain inventory of facility and maintenance supplies such as filters, light bulbs, and janitorial materials Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Required Skills/Abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Working knowledge of facility systems and basic maintenance procedures Hands-on experience with construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams across the organization Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
