Job Description

We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to keep the facility operating properly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair tasks around the facility.
Responsibilities:
Plumbing repair and installation. HVAC troubleshooting, repair and maintenance. Electrical troubleshooting, repair and installation. Ability to run conduit is a plus. Mechanical fault analysis and repair. Facilities maintenance as required, such as repair/replacement of doors, locks, basic roof repair, concrete patching, and touching up paint. Proper use of LOTO to work safely.
Requirements:
High school diploma or an equivalent. The job requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Proficient in basic computer skills. Basic troubleshooting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical skills. Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees professionally. Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in a timely manner, and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked. Great organizational and time management abilities. It may require moderate to heavy lifting. Good attendance is required. Standard shift is 9:30am-6pm, occasional overtime will be required.
Preferred:
Technical/Vocational training is preferred. Knowledge of PLC controlled equipment. Ability to read schematics and use them for troubleshooting. Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment. Stick and MIG welding experience. Experience with cooling systems. Experience with a computerized maintenance management system(CMMS).
