As we move into our new, state-of-the-art treatment center, we are looking to add a maintenance technician to our team. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help us maintain our facilities. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Candidates should also have experience maintaining outdoor aesthetics such as grass cutting and snow removal. You will be responsible for inspecting and troubleshooting equipment, responding to emergency maintenance requests, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. We are looking for an experienced individual with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality work. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform routine maintenance around the building. Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems. Maintain records of maintenance activities. Perform general cleaning duties. Maintain the grounds of the building (grass, snow, leaves, etc.) Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials. Use hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment.Job Type:
