Automation, Measurement & Analytics About the Role We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, reliability, and safe operation of our Bartlesville manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining facility infrastructure, building systems, production equipment, utilities, and grounds to help keep our operations safe, efficient, and running with minimal disruption. The ideal candidate is mechanically and technically inclined, safety-focused, and able to troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and respond quickly to maintenance needs in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, utilities, and building infrastructure to support safe and reliable manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, identify root causes, and complete repairs or escalate issues when additional technical support is required. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and identify potential issues before they impact production. Support maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, compressed air, ventilation, plumbing, and other facility and production support systems. Respond to production maintenance needs and partner with manufacturing teams to minimize equipment downtime and keep production running. Maintain buildings, common areas, grounds, parking areas, and other site infrastructure in accordance with ABB standards. Maintain maintenance records, work orders, tools, spare parts, and supplies; report recurring equipment and facility issues to support continuous improvement. Support equipment installations, facility projects, contractor activities, inspections, and other site maintenance needs. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field. Experience in manufacturing or production in an industrial environment. Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, production equipment, tools, and maintenance practices. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, perform repairs, and safely operate maintenance tools and equipment. Strong commitment to safety, reliability, responsiveness, and teamwork, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needs. Preferred Technical, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or other relevant trade training or certification. Experience with work order systems, preventive maintenance, or reliability programs.
