Tooling Maintenance Tech Summit Employment Professionals - 4.3 Broken Arrow, OK Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Tool & die High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility experience Attention to detail Mechanical troubleshooting Full Job Description M-F 7:30am-4pm Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Tooling Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and improve production tooling, dies, molds, fixtures, and related equipment. This position helps ensure tooling remains safe, reliable, and production-ready while minimizing downtime and maintaining product quality. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production tooling, dies, molds, fixtures, and related equipment. Place or remove molds from the press machines, clean them as needed Inspect tooling for wear, damage, dimensional issues, and other conditions that may affect production. Troubleshoot and repair tooling problems to reduce production downtime. Disassemble, clean, repair, modify, and reassemble tooling as required. Perform machining, grinding, fitting, welding, and other tooling repair activities as needed. Maintain accurate records of tooling repairs, maintenance, inspections, and modifications. Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve tooling-related issues. Assist with tooling improvements and modifications to increase reliability, productivity, and product quality. Follow preventive maintenance schedules and recommend replacement or refurbishment of worn components. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe tooling maintenance area. Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade-school training preferred. Experience in tooling maintenance, tool & die, mold maintenance, machining, or a related manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tooling specifications. Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with basic machining, grinding, or fabrication is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
