Experience:

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Hands-on experience using manual machine shop tools for fabrication and repair.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required, technical or trade school preferred.

Contract Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 4:30pm to 1:00am (Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or on-call as needed) ProRecruiters is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team! Assist with the upkeep, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of equipment and systems in a manufacturing environment. Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, tools, and facility systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Maintain accurate maintenance records. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and requisition supplies when necessary. Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and provide effective troubleshooting. Support facility maintenance, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and structural repairs.

Position Requirements:

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes. Proficient with electrical systems, including reading schematics and wiring diagrams. Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in elevated or confined spaces. Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
