Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in optimal working condition. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various tasks that contribute to the overall functionality and safety of our operations. Duties Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems. Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetics and protect surfaces. Apply mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues with machinery and equipment effectively. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients or other departments. Experience Candidates should have a solid foundation in maintenance practices, ideally with experience in both residential and commercial settings. Proficiency in electrical systems, mechanical troubleshooting. Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration.
