Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, experience with appliance repair, HVAC systems, refrigeration, and equipment maintenance. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise ensures the smooth operation of essential systems and equipment. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals. Install, service, and repair HVAC & appliance technology, including air conditioning units and kitchen equipment. Conduct inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential problems before failure occurs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Operate company vehicles for on-site service calls when necessary. Assist with the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Lead or assist in projects related to construction or system upgrades as needed. Skills Proven experience with appliance repair, HVAC & appliance technology, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair. Strong knowledge of schematics, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to operate and maintain HVAC/R systems effectively. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices across various mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent customer service skills for interacting with clients or internal teams during service calls. Capable of operating construction tools and company vehicles safely and efficiently. Leadership qualities with the ability to guide junior team members or oversee projects. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, air conditioning systems, and general equipment repair is highly desirable. This Maintenance Technician role is vital to ensuring operational efficiency across our facilities through expert maintenance and repair practices.
