Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards. Collaborate with team members to diagnose complex issues and develop effective solutions promptly. Assist with maintenance, repair, and operations tasks to support facility safety and efficiency. Make ready units for new tenant move in Painting and touch up painting Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician. Simple plumbing knowledge. Simple electrical knowledge. Customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. in fast-paced environments. Reliable and self-starter.
