Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently, safety standards are upheld, and operational disruptions are minimized. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the seamless functioning of our operations. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards. Collaborate with team members to diagnose complex issues and develop effective solutions promptly. Assist with maintenance, repair, and operations tasks to support facility safety and efficiency. Make ready units for new tenant move in Painting and touch up painting Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician. Simple plumbing knowledge. Simple electrical knowledge. Customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. in fast-paced environments. Reliable and self-starter. Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
