About the Position Noble Nectar is looking for a dependable, hardworking Property & Grounds Maintenance Technician to help maintain our outdoor property, grounds and facilities in Noble, Oklahoma. This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who is comfortable working outside, using tools and equipment, performing general property maintenance and handling a variety of projects throughout the property. We're looking for someone who can see what needs to be done and get it done without needing constant supervision. The ideal candidate has experience with landscaping, construction, property maintenance, handyman work, groundskeeping or general labor.

Responsibilities Daily responsibilities may include:

Mowing grass and maintaining outdoor areas Weed eating and edging Brush and weed removal Maintaining areas around buildings, fields and workspaces Fence and gate repairs Basic irrigation and water-line maintenance Repairing hoses, fittings and outdoor equipment Basic carpentry and handyman projects Using hand tools and power tools Pressure washing Trash and debris removal Keeping outdoor work areas clean and organized Moving materials, equipment and supplies Loading and unloading trucks and trailers Assisting with property improvement projects Maintaining driveways and parking areas Basic equipment maintenance Maintaining landscaping and vegetation Assisting with outdoor projects as needed Identifying maintenance problems and either fixing them or bringing them to management's attention General outdoor labor and property upkeep The position involves a variety of tasks, so the ability to handle different projects from day to day is important. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is helpful: Landscaping Grounds maintenance Construction Handyman work Property maintenance Fence installation or repair Irrigation Mowing and lawn equipment Tractor or equipment operation Basic plumbing Basic carpentry General maintenance Previous cannabis experience is not required for this position. Physical Requirements Applicants must be able to: Work outdoors for extended periods Work in Oklahoma heat and changing weather conditions Stand and walk for most of the workday Bend, kneel, squat and reach repeatedly Lift and carry up to approximately 50 pounds Operate lawn and maintenance equipment Safely use basic hand and power tools Perform physical labor for the majority of an 8-hour shift Compensation $15.00 per hour This is a full-time position with the opportunity for additional responsibility based on reliability, work ethic and demonstrated skills.
