What You Will Do Perform routine maintenance : Perform repairs such as replacing fixtures, tightening hardware, patching drywall, caulking, and servicing common home systems. Diagnose and repair issues : Diagnose common home issues. Use sound judgment and technical skill to recommend and carry out repairs. Conduct property inspections : Identify and address potential problems before they become larger issues.
