Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Personnel to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the property by performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and repairs are completed promptly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical skills while contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Duties Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and structural elements to identify issues early Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as electrical troubleshooting, welding, plumbing fixes, painting, and carpentry to uphold property standards Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to diagnose problems and schedule preventative maintenance Operate specialized tools and equipment including ohmmeters, welders, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other mechanical devices to execute repairs accurately Oversee facilities maintenance projects, supervise junior team members or contractors when necessary, and ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities Manage electrical systems with experience in electrical wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and schematics interpretation Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory for accountability and future planning Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in residential painting, welding, and general facilities maintenance Proficiency in electrical work including troubleshooting circuits using ohmmeters and understanding schematics Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in building automation systems Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints effectively Excellent customer service skills to communicate clearly with staff and vendors while maintaining professionalism Supervising experience in maintenance or manufacturing environments is preferred for leadership opportunities Knowledge of CMMS software for work order management and record keeping Basic understanding of manufacturing processes related to building systems or equipment repair Fluency in English for effective communication across teams Join us as a Hotel Maintenance Personnel to bring your technical expertise into a dynamic hospitality environment.
