Shift:

1st Shift. (Overtime is available) We are a growing manufacturing organization specializing in precision-engineered products and advanced production technologies. We have state of the art equipment in a new facility and are looking for someone to join our team with experience in repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving HPDC dies, trim dies, and related tooling to ensure maximum uptime, casting quality, and tooling performance. What You Will Be Doing Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, and troubleshooting on HPDC dies, trim dies, and tooling.

Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble tooling components to production standards.

Repair worn or damaged die components through welding, grinding, fitting, polishing, and machining techniques.

Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments and interpret blueprints and tooling drawings.

Support die modifications, production startups, continuous improvement initiatives, and emergency tooling repairs.

Aluminum die casting experience or die repair experience is a huge plus! What You Need For This Job Experience repairing and maintaining tooling, dies, molds, or related equipment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tooling specifications.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience using hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and tool room machinery.
