Grounds Maintenance Technician Role Purpose / Mission Maintain and enhance the safety, appearance, and functionality of Webco facilities through skilled groundskeeping, maintenance, and support construction activities. Ensure all areas are well-maintained, equipment is operational, and building systems are in good condition to support productive operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain grounds in excellent condition to ensure safe and productive use of all facilities, including mowing, edging, tractor operation, snow and tree removal, weed control, and irrigation. Troubleshoot and repair building- and grounds-related issues; assist with construction and facility improvement projects as needed. Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of grounds and maintenance equipment. Inspect buildings and facilities to identify damage or safety concerns and take corrective action to maintain safe, functional workspaces. Maintain serviceability and appearance of company vehicles, including fueling, washing, and basic upkeep. Perform vehicle maintenance tasks in a consistent, efficient, and safe manner. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall facility maintenance and safety.
