We are actively recruiting an experienced, results-driven Operations Manager to assist in leading daily operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a key member of the local leadership team, sharing oversight of financial performance, service operations, client satisfaction, and team leadership. Position Summary As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily field operations, leading a dedicated team of service technicians who perform pool and spa maintenance, repairs, and customer service. You will work closely with local General Managers and corporate executive leadership to drive operational efficiency, ensure high service quality, and maintain a high-performing, safety-focused workplace culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations & Team Leadership Team Management:

Directly manage, mentor, and schedule field service technicians; oversee day-to-day route execution, pool servicing, and customer site visits.

Staffing & Recruitment:

Partner with HR to recruit, hire, onboard, and train field staff; conduct performance reviews and support team career development.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a safe working environment and enforce company safety policies, regulatory standards, and vehicle usage rules.

Customer Experience & Client Communication Service Excellence:

Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring service expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Quality Assurance:

Regularly monitor field service activities to ensure adherence to company standards and contract specifications.

Financial & Inventory Oversight Performance Accountability:

Support the President and General Manager in managing location P&L performance, cost controls, and operational efficiency.

Inventory Management:

Oversee purchasing, storage, and distribution of chemicals, equipment, and supplies; conduct inventory audits and attend industry expos to stay ahead of product trends.

Process Improvement:

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements, route optimizations, and automation where possible.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

5-7+ years of progressive operations or business management experience, preferably within home services, field service, or route-based industries.

P&L Management:

Proven background managing or supporting site-level operational budgets, scheduling, and performance metrics.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

Leadership Skills:

Track record of leading, training, and retaining field technicians or service teams with a focus on integrity and accountability.

Customer Service:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Technical Skills:

Proficient with smartphone/tablet apps, scheduling software, and administrative tools.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and willingness to work fully on-site

Pay:

$72,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
