Job Description

Maintenance Technician Union City, OK Red River Brick, a premier brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant operations at our Union City, OK manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and automated manufacturing equipment to support safe and reliable plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the plant Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled and automated manufacturing equipment Service, adjust, and test machinery, moving parts, and other plant equipment Perform general plant maintenance using hand and power tools Assist with welding, machining, pipe fitting, fabrication, and other maintenance activities as needed Inspect equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential issues Install, align, balance, and maintain new and existing equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform additional duties as assigned
Education:
High school diploma or GED required Post-secondary technical training or equivalent preferred
Experience:
Three (3) to four (4) years of maintenance experience preferred Industrial maintenance experience preferred Working knowledge of PLCs preferred
Skills:
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work with PLCs and automated manufacturing equipment Working knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to read and understand basic electrical prints Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable with excellent attendance Commitment to a zero-harm, safety-first workplace
Work Schedule:
Night Shift:
7:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m. Must be willing to work additional hours as needed to support plant operations
