Job Description:

While working collaboratively in a team environment, the Maintenance team is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the hotel. They help create a positive and rewarding workplace for employees, contributing to a remarkable guest experience. Job Duties Create remarkable experiences for our colleagues and guests Support the overall quality and timeliness of maintenance performed both in-house as well as by contractors Maintain, repair, and operate equipment for effectiveness, efficiency, and safety Complete and track preventative maintenance and repairs on rooms and equipment Assist with and respond to emergencies at the property when directed by management Assist in assets and property inventory control Adhere to safety and emergency procedures and policies Landscaping duties including, but not limited to: lawn mowing, weeding, planting, trimming and edging Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent: at least one-year related experience and/or training required. Hospitality experience preferred Flexible schedule with availability to work nights and weekends Strong communication skills Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy Ability to work alone and in a team environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Basic Computer skills
