We're looking for a dependable professional with a strong background in building maintenance, HVAC repair, electrical systems, and general facility upkeep. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of building maintenance and repair tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, and masonry. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks to keep systems in peak condition. Assist the Maintenance Director with facility inspections, renovations, and upgrades. Maintain clean, safe, and functional workspaces throughout the community. Operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively. Occasionally assist housekeeping with heavy moves or deep-cleaning projects. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or healthcare settings preferred. Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry . Proven ability to diagnose and repair building systems efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.
