is currently seeking a Window & Door Repair Technician - Willamette Valley to join our growing team.

APPLICANT MUST RESIDE IN OR NEAR

the Greater Willamette Valley Area, Oregon

Possible Overnight Travel (up to 40%) Jobsite safety is our number one priority.

Provide warranty service for installed windows and doors.

Professional development As a member of our Field Services team, you will conduct the following duties: Perform warranty service work on various products and accurately inspect

window and door products to find the root cause of service issues.

Complete daily assigned warranty field service tasks while taking quality photos and reporting accurate and complete product and construction issues.

Maintain tools and service vehicles in proper and safe working order.

Operate company service vehicles in a safe and considerate manner.

Become familiar with all

JELD-WEN

products in your coverage region. Follow

JELD-WEN

policies and procedures while operating safely, professionally, and efficiently.

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Weekly travel with overnight stays and overtime is a requirement for this position, along with flexible working hours. Previous experience in construction or a similar environment is preferred. High School Diploma or HSED.

Safety First! - Must have a solid safety awareness.

Field service technician experience, or experience in the construction trades, is a plus.

Must have carpentry skills and use hand and power tools and measuring devices.

The ability to lift 70 lbs., climb, lift, pull, and safely perform tasks on a ladder, scaffolding, or other raised devices.

Knowledge of window and door installation and repair practices.

Strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
