Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our hotel facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Your expertise will help create a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for guests and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a vibrant hospitality setting while contributing to the overall guest experience. Duties Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to hydraulics, electrical systems (including high voltage), low voltage controls, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals. Operate specialized tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, precision measuring instruments, welding equipment (including <

> welding), scissor lifts, and other industrial machinery. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and asset history. Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing facility equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met. Assist with field service operations by responding promptly to maintenance requests from hotel departments or external vendors. Support safety protocols by adhering to industrial electrician standards, managing high voltage systems safely, and conducting analysis skills for troubleshooting complex issues. Qualifications At least one to two years of experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities or similar environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding ( welding preferred), hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and CMMS software. Ability to operate industrial tools such as scissor lifts, ammeters, ohmmeters, precision measuring instruments, and low/high voltage testing devices. Industrial electrician experience with knowledge of low voltage systems and high voltage safety procedures. Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical problems quickly and effectively. Previous military experience or field service background is considered a plus due to discipline and technical expertise. Fluency in English with strong customer service orientation; ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
