If you're thinking "Yes, Yes, Yes" then this may be the job for you! We are looking for a fast-paced, detail-oriented Maintenance Tech to help service our portfolio of vacation rental properties. In this role, you will work with our team to regularly service hot tubs and BBQs, address landscaping, and address maintenance issues to ensure homes are beautiful and in great working condition for our owners and guests. You will move from home to home based on pre-assigned tasks. Everyday will be unique! You will communicate via a shared software when tasks are complete and pass on large maintenance repairs to our Property Manager for scheduling with certified contractors (for jobs that require plumbing or electrical, etc). As a vacation rental management company, consistent and accurate communication is at the center of our success, so your job really matters. And it's fun! Qualifications Availability to work weekends, on call shifts, and holidays in the office as required. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation to and from work. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of working indoors, outdoors, and within a warehouse environment. Prolonged periods of walking. Ascend and descend stairs/ladders as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Schedule:
This is a part-time position with hours varying based on seasonal demand. You can expect to work 15-30 hours per week based on need and should be available to work weekends.
