Job Purpose:

Under the direction of Facilities Technician Supervisor, The Environmental Services Technician has primary responsibility to provide janitorial cleaning and preventative maintenance of building and grounds keeping. Utilizes a variety of cleaning supplies. This position works evenings, beginning between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform janitorial, housekeeping, and environmental services for all clinic facilities, as assigned. Adhere to the spirit of Waterfall Community Health Center to remove barriers to care and our mission statement while performing assigned duties. Demonstrate the core values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Compassion, Partnership, and Collaborative Communication. Provide environmental services. May be asked to assist with facilities maintenance to perform project repairs. Operate specialized equipment and basic power tools, etc. Manage incoming packages and shipping which may include heavy packages. Assist with security and other interventions, such as facility evacuations, CPI, etc. Adhere to preventative maintenance and safety inspections to meet compliance regulations and codes including OSHA. Interact harmoniously and effectively with others, focusing upon the attainment of organization goals and objectives through a commitment to teamwork. Perform other duties as assigned
