- Company values quality, craftsmanship, and operational excellence What You'll Be Doing As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring machinery and equipment remain safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Installing, assembling, testing, and commissioning new machinery and equipment
- Performing hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Conducting routine inspections to identify wear, damage, and potential failures before downtime occurs
- Performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnosing machinery issues through observation, testing, and performance analysis
- Repairing or replacing worn, damaged, or failed components
- Working with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, relays, sensors, motors, bearings, and production machinery
- Completing internal welding and fabrication projects to support operations
- Reading and interpreting work orders, maintenance schedules, and repair requirements
- Safely utilizing a variety of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and fabrication tools
- Maintaining maintenance records, inspection schedules, and repair documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that improve equipment reliability and uptime
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborating with operations and production teams to quickly resolve equipment issues What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Machinery Mechanic, Millwright, Equipment Mechanic, or similar role
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience performing preventative maintenance and corrective repairs
- Familiarity with sensors, relays, bearings, motors, chains, sprockets, and industrial equipment
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
- Basic welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications
- Advanced welding and fabrication experience (MIG and Stick)
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and maintenance experience
