A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.
Temp To Full-Time Build your maintenance skills in a hands-on role supporting both facility operations and CNC manufacturing equipment, with close training and guidance from an experienced maintenance lead.

SCHEDULE
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform basic facility repairs and general preventive maintenance. Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace CNC machineponents as needed. maintain a safe, clean, andanized work environment. Follow documented maintenance procedures and safety requirements. Ask questions when instructions or repair procedures are unclear. Document instructions,pleted work, and important maintenance information. Accept coaching and feedback throughout the training process.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in learning maintenance work. Minimum hands-on mechanical experience through employment, personal projects, automotive work, equipment repair, or similar hobbies. Strong safety awareness,munication skills, and a dependable attitude. Willingness to ask questions, take notes, and follow instructions carefully. Ability to accept coaching and work closely with an experienced maintenance lead. Blue-reading experience is helpful but not required. Extensive professional maintenance experience is not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works in a manufacturing and facility maintenance environment. Candidates should befortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, using hand and power tools, and lifting or moving materials and equipment as required. Appropriate personal protective equipment and safety procedures must be followed.
