Maintenance Technician Shift:

1st and 2nd available Job Description This role is in a climate controlled facility and focuses on configuring, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting automated production equipment, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and equipment reliability. The Maintenance / Automation Technician performs regular inspections, replaces wear parts, and supports production goals by minimizing downtime and improving process efficiency on complex automatic cable assembly equipment. Qualifications Set up and operate complex automatic production equipment to support daily production requirements. 2+ years of experience working with automated or industrial equipment preferred. Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HMIs and control systems required. Experience with robotics preferred. Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills required. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints required. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Akron, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
