Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical, electrical, and appliance systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all staff and visitors. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, air conditioning units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols. Conduct repairs on various mechanical components, including refrigeration lines, HVAC components, and kitchen appliances. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site service calls or equipment deliveries while adhering to safety standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to support operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects and ensure timely completion of tasks. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Familiarity with appliance installation procedures and maintenance practices across diverse equipment types. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff or clients. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
