Job Description This is an entry-level position that reports directly to the Maintenance Manager doing maintenance and repair work. Duties include assisting Maintenance Technicians in routine maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment, such as the opening of blocked drains, repairing leaking faucets, replacing bulbs, replacing or repairing screens, broken windows, making minor repairs and adjustments to machinery, mixing cement and plaster, painting buildings, rooms walls or other surfaces, snow removal and yard work. Minor vehicle repairs such as replacing air filters, bulbs, wiper blades and mirrors, checking and adding fluids.

Qualifications:

' Previous work experience in the building trades or maintenance work is preferred but not required. Complete PAID training provided ' 18 years of age or older ' High School Diploma or GED ' Valid PA Driver's License ' Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB (ALL company paid!)
