What You'll Do Keep Equipment Running Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production machinery Troubleshoot issues fast to keep downtime low Repair, lubricate, and fine-tune equipment Support setup and selection of new equipment as we expand Work with Systems Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Recommend efficiency-boosting improvements Use our CMMS to stay organized and track tasks Prioritize Health & Safety Follow USDA, SQF, and GMP guidelines Inspect and maintain equipment through regular PMs Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace Stay Organized & Connected Manage tools, spare parts, and supplies Log all maintenance activity accurately Communicate clearly with your team and leadership What We're Looking For Quick problem solvers who perform well under pressure Hands-on team players ready to jump into all parts of the operation Motivated learners eager to grow from the ground up Reliable, critical thinkers who thrive in a fast-paced environment
