Maintenance Technician Valley View Retirement Community - Belleville, PA Full-Time | Day Shift | Rotating Weekends & Holidays Valley View Retirement Community is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you'll help maintain our buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and team members. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the campus Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner (TELS System) Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections Maintain facility grounds, equipment, and common areas in safe operating condition Coordinate work activities in resident living areas while providing excellent customer service Report safety concerns, accidents, and equipment issues promptly Follow all safety, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and equipment operation Must have strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Experience in maintenance, facilities management, construction, groundskeeping, or a related field Experience in healthcare, senior living, or residential communities Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or general building systems Why Join Valley View?
