Pool Service Technician Kay Pool and Spa Service LLC Kay Pool and Spa Service LLC, a family-owned residential pool service company with over 45 years of experience, is looking for a reliable Service Technician to join our team. We are a small, supportive group that values quality work, accountability, and great customer service. We offer competitive pay, hands-on training, and opportunities for growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, performing mechanical work, and working outdoors. Key Responsibilities Perform routine pool service and maintenance Diagnose and assist with equipment issues Maintain accurate service records Provide professional, reliable service to customers Build new above ground pools Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, crouching, kneeling) Comfortable using mechanical hand tools 2+ years construction experience or mechanical work Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated High school diploma or GED Preferred (not required) Experience in pool service Pre-Employment Requirements Background check Drug screening Physical examination We hire based on talent, reliability, and team fit.
