$25.00- $40.
Schedules:
Sunday- Wednesday 6 AM
- 4:30 PM Wednesday
- Saturday 6 AM

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards. The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the long-term performance of equipment through inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This role requires technical knowledge, mechanical skill, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability. Successful Industrial Maintenance Technician professionals use diagnostic thinking and practical experience to identify maintenance needs, complete repairs, and support continuous improvement efforts throughout the workplace. Strong communication and teamwork help ensure maintenance activities support operational goals.
