Facility Maintenance Technician Maidencreek Plaza Company is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across commercial and industrial properties. What You'll Do Perform routine building maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections. Handle general building repairs and maintenance needs. Maintain grounds and common areas as needed. Coordinate with contractors and vendors when needed. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair work safely. What We're Looking For Previous experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, general maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred . Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general construction practices . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
