This role combines property management, facility maintenance coordination, site inspections, work-order management, and vendor oversight . We are looking for someone who can regularly visit properties, identify maintenance and repair needs, coordinate the appropriate contractors, vendors, or internal resources, and follow work through completion. The ideal candidate has experience supporting commercial, residential, industrial, or similar properties and a practical understanding of building maintenance and facility systems. What You'll Do Coordinate day-to-day maintenance and repair needs across company properties. Conduct property and facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and follow up on corrective actions. Manage maintenance requests and work orders from initial request through completion. Schedule and coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers. Monitor work in progress and follow up to ensure repairs and maintenance needs are addressed. Support preventive maintenance programs for buildings and facility systems. Coordinate building services and other property-related maintenance needs. Maintain facility records, service contracts, permits, work-order documentation, and related records. Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and internal teams regarding property and facility needs. Monitor facility-related expenditures and assist with budget tracking. Coordinate office moves, furniture installations, workspace changes, and other facility projects. Support environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Respond to facility-related issues and assist with coordinating appropriate resources for resolution. Assist with capital improvements, renovations, and relocation projects as assigned. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in property management, facilities management, building operations, maintenance coordination, or a related role. Associate's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field required. Practical knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and facility systems . Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, service providers, and maintenance work. Ability to conduct property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and follow issues through resolution. Experience managing multiple work orders, service requests, projects, and priorities. Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Associate degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or facility work-order system. Experience supporting commercial, residential, industrial, distribution, or similar properties . Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and building systems. Experience with AutoCAD, facility drawings, floor plans, or similar technical layouts. Facilities Management certification or related professional designation. Interested? Apply Today!
