Contract Type FullTime Category LightIndustrial Location Cambridge Springs , PA Salary $23.00/hr Date Published 08-19-2026 Reference Number 25056 CNC Maintenance Technician The CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machinery and related equipment to ensure optimal performance, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role supports production by ensuring all machines operate efficiently and reliably. Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement effective repairs Troubleshoot CNC control systems, including PLCs, servo motors, drives, and HMIs Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints Repair or replace defective machine components such as bearings, motors, belts, and sensors Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new CNC equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machine performance and reduce downtime Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience maintaining CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of CNC systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Haas) Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming preferred Solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics Ability to use precision measuring instruments and maintenance tools Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of 5S and lean practices, preferred Benefits/Compensation Full Time Pay rate is $23 per hour 2nd and 3rd Shift Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts Temp-To-Hire Benefits after probation.
