Now hiring Maintenance Mechanics in the Carlisle, PA area! Glass Manufacturing Facility | Direct Hire Responsibilities Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Maintain conveyors, bearings, rollers, motors, and other production equipment. Assist with equipment installations, breakdowns, and line expansions. Work with maintenance team members and outside contractors as needed. Qualifications Industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, automotive, or related experience preferred. Knowledge of motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, PLCs, or welding is a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
