Expert Repairs:
Handle residential unit turnovers, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general mechanical maintenance.Tech-Driven Operations:
Use our mobile software to track work orders and upload before-and-after photo documentation.Pro Communication:
Serve as a calm, professional point of contact for residents and supervisors.Workflow Ownership:
Manage your daily job schedule with high attention to detail.What We Look For:
5+ years of experience in building trades, construction, or property maintenance. Strong comfort level with residential building systems and utilizing smartphone apps. Valid driver's license and a personal truck or van capable of hauling building materials. High school diploma/GED and a customer-focused, professional mindset. Ability to climb stairs, inspect roofs, and safely operate hand/power tools. Capable of passing criminal background and drug screens. What's In It For You (Benefits & Perks):Perfect Balance:
