Job Description

In this position you will be expected to perform the following duties: Keep all machines running properly and efficiently Welding and Fabrication for all facility needs Troubleshoot verse systems to maintain a safe and efficient environment Responsible for preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC, office equipment, etc. Train and educate technicians on machine trouble and on performing certain types of repairs that technicians are allowed to handle Ensure spare parts cabinet is filled Troubleshoots repairs and maintains all plant equipment Adheres to preventative maintenance program and follows proper work order procedures Programs PLC's Locates necessary parts efficiently and effectively utilizing proper part check out process Performs machine start-ups on repaired equipment to verify processes are reliably operating to achieve necessary output Involved in installation projects and/or modifications Assist with machine rebuilds and/or machine modifications and change oil Maintain a clean and safe working environment by keeping area swept and clean and by wearing required Personal Protective Equipment Performs other duties as assigned Experience repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, and low/high voltage control circuits Experience working on blow and/or injection mold machines a plus Working knowledge with programming and editing PLC sytems Experience using SAP software a plus Must possess strong organizational and communication skills Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical which includes testing for drugs, alcohol and nicotine; and passing of a Pulmonary Function Test Must be able to pass forklift certification and work at heights.
